Last updated: March 2026 | Version: 0.1 (Demo)
These terms govern your use of the PRAXIS demo platform operated by TACITUS.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PRAXIS (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
These terms apply to the demo version of PRAXIS. They will be updated before any commercial launch. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Nature of the Platform
PRAXIS is an experimental demonstration product. It is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. TACITUS makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for purpose of any content, analysis, or output generated by the Platform.
All features, outputs, and intelligence products generated by PRAXIS are intended solely as illustrative examples. They must not be relied upon for operational, legal, diplomatic, or policy decisions without independent verification from qualified professionals.
3. Permitted Use
PRAXIS is intended for use by peace, security, and diplomacy professionals for exploratory and feedback purposes during the demo phase. You agree to:
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
- Not enter classified, sensitive, or personally identifiable information into the Platform
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying models or data
- Not use outputs from the Platform to make operational decisions without independent expert verification
- Treat the Platform as an experimental tool and exercise professional judgement at all times
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TACITUS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TACITUS does not warrant that: (a) the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted; (b) any outputs, analyses, or intelligence products will be accurate, complete, or current; (c) the Platform is suitable for any particular professional use case; or (d) the Platform meets the security requirements of your organisation.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TACITUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
This includes, without limitation, any damages arising from reliance on AI-generated analysis or intelligence products produced by the Platform.
6. AI-Generated Content
PRAXIS uses artificial intelligence to assist in the generation of analysis, summaries, and reports. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or biases
- All AI outputs must be reviewed and verified by qualified professionals before use
- TACITUS is not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content
- The Platform does not replace the judgement of trained analysts or diplomats
7. Pricing & Commercial Terms
Pricing shown on the PRAXIS website (starting from $70/month) is indicative and represents our intended pricing at commercial launch. No binding contract for paid services exists during the demo phase. Final pricing will be confirmed before any commercial launch.

8. Intellectual Property
The PRAXIS platform, including its design, software, and content created by TACITUS, is proprietary to TACITUS. You retain ownership of any content you input into the Platform. TACITUS does not claim ownership over your inputs.
By providing feedback to TACITUS (including via hello@tacitus.me), you grant TACITUS a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that feedback to improve the Platform.
9. Termination
TACITUS reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time and for any reason without notice. Given the demo nature of the Platform, availability is not guaranteed.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. This clause will be reviewed and may change prior to commercial launch.
